CHALLENGE:
Rare Beauty was launching its first-ever body collection, a major category expansion for a brand built on self-acceptance and emotional well-being. The launch couldn't just introduce a new product line. It had to reaffirm everything the brand stands for.
INSIGHT:
Rare Beauty's audience doesn't connect through product specs or glamour. They connect through how the brand makes them feel. A body collection launch had to extend that emotional world, not just showcase the new product.
IDEA:
Instead of a traditional beauty launch, we invited guests into a real home and transformed it into the "Comfort Club."
Inside, every room offered a different way to settle in: neck and back massages with The Now, guided breathwork sessions with Open, cozy lounges and TV marathons styled by Barefoot Dreams, comfort food plated on Our Place serviceware in the home's real kitchen, and custom tea blending stations where guests created their own comfort rituals.
To pull it off, our team redecorated every room of a family home and moved the family out in just one day, all to make the space feel fully, unmistakably Rare Beauty.
Rather than a product drop, this felt like being invited into a friend's home who just happens to have incredible taste. And what’s more comfortable than that?
